Project Manager – Deployment Manager

Job Description

Hoist Group Italy is looking for an accountable project manager to be responsible to follow the system integration activities, including networking disciplines, that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion

Qualifications

Your Responsibilities

•    Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned network engineering projects
•    Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, networking standards, and specifications
•    Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
•    Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
•    Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
•    Cooperate and communicate effectively with third parties and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support included specific configurations.
•    Review project deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions    

Qualifications: 

•    Excellent language skills (written and spoken) in Italian and English; 
•    Proven working experience as a project manager with focus on networking and system integration
•    Advanced MS Office skills
•    Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and SoP
•    Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously
•    Project management and supervision skills
•    Decision making ability and leadership skills
•    Time management and organization skills
•    BS degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
•    Self-motivated and can manage change in a positive manner
