What should you enjoy and what should you do?

• Project management and agile methodology at least theoretically (best SCRUM). Practice with project management at least at the level of school projects.
• Do not worry about the technical aspects of the matter. It is not necessary to understand the details, but it is also necessary to deal with technical issues managerial and commercial and to try systems occasionally. We'll train.
• Go to work on your head, even if your whip is not over you. Working together is more a leader than a manager.
• Occasionally compile an offer, including mastering bureaucratic requirements, prepare bids for bidding. We'll train.
• To master the Czech language flawlessly and to communicate in English in both written and spoken form.
• Communicate with people even when it is not necessary. Talk to clients and colleagues "just so" is almost imperative for this position.
• Working with spreadsheets, CRMs and other tools.
• Exemplary self-organization and help with organizing colleagues 
• Work team-and-team, seek consensus and joint solutions.
• Occasionally, behind the client.
• Advantage of experience with agile techniques, SCRUM methodology.
• Advantage of experience with project management through ticket tools.
• An advantage is the positive relationship to "social marketing", simply promoting our activities on all communication channels.
