How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Collibra seeks a driven, dynamic and collaborative individual to join our growing Proposal Management team as a Proposal Specialist. The successful candidate will also be detail oriented, deadline driven, extremely organized and have a passion for story-telling through clear communication and persuasiveness. 

As our Proposal Specialist, you will collaborate with departments across the company to develop accurate and compelling content. Interviewing SMEs and utilizing their input to update and maintain our proposal automation and content management tool is also a large portion of the job responsibilities. The Proposal Specialist will focus specifically on content needed to respond to detailed customer requirements, exceeding expectations. The main focus of this position will be to support the EMEA region, but you will also have the opportunity to support global business and proposal development process improvements. You’ll also incorporate win themes and follow guidance from the Proposal  Manager for the appropriate strategic approach to satisfy customer requirements and persuade customers of our competitive advantage. Ensuring timely delivery of assigned content and driving other internal deadlines are crucial for success in this role. We’re looking for someone who is eager to jump right in, learn, and desires to grow with the company. 

A day in the life of a Proposal Specialist at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Proposal Manager, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Supporting development, and delivery of communication documents (RFI/RFP responses and presentations)
• Supporting the proposal process from planning and research to message delivery
• Building relationships with key internal business partners
• Ensuring internal customer and external client deadlines are met through effective project management
• Identifying and utilizing best practices and leveraging the Value Proposition to differentiate the client offering
• Supporting global strategic efforts 
• Work with SMEs to develop and maintain new content 
• Producing compelling, professional, and customized client-facing messaging focused on winning or retaining business
