Quality Assurance Specialist

Tanaza is an IT high-growth start-up operating in the wireless networking sector; we developed and brought to market a software for Wi-Fi cloud management and we are now serving hundreds of customers in more than 130 countries.

We are currently looking for a precise, responsible and versatile Quality Assurance specialist to join the company in early 2018.

As a QA Specialist, you will work on developing, applying, revising and maintain quality standards, in accordance to the company’s and customers’ requirements. When progressing in career, you will transition from executing tests to having overall responsibility of all quality aspects in the company.

The person we are looking for will have effective time management and project management skills and will be able to collaborate with colleagues in different functions.

The role implies requires a high degree of autonomy since the very first day, as this is a new role within the company. You will report directly to the CEO, while working with Tanaza’s R&D.

JOB SUMMARY

  • You will provide definition, development, and deployment of product quality assurance strategies for IoT and cloud-based web applications
  • You will work on quality-related documentation and processes, you will execute test plans and you will interact with R&D to automate test execution

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE

  • Having Quality Assurance experience on web applications, of at least 1 year, in structured contexts, and demonstrating deep understanding of web technology, including its use in daily life
  • Being obsessed with perfection and details, and be willing to take growing responsibilities; having any quality-related certifications would be a plus
  • Ability to speak and write in English, at least at B1 level; knowledge of Italian would be a plus
