Recruiter / HR Generalist
As a Recruiter / HR Generalist you are accountable for attracting and selecting the best candidates to join the GoodData Team. You will own the entire recruiting process from working with hiring managers on job requirements to the closing and offer stage.
You will leverage a deep knowledge of the business partnering with the hiring managers and leadership team to drive the talent process across employer branding, developing job specifications, passive and active sourcing, interviews and final selection processes that ensure a strong culture fit.
You will be also a member of the HR team and you will have the opportunity to learn new HR processes and participate in various HR projects.

Main activities include
- manage the full-cycle recruiting process in the Czech Republic with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership
- pro-actively driving the hiring process making sure the ambitious hiring targets are always met and/or exceeded
- sources to a unified hiring pipeline, performing direct headhunting for high-profile positions
- managing relationships with recruitment agencies and other third parties
- Proactively build employer branding and look for new opportunity how to promote GoodData externally
- Drive exceptional candidate experience, constantly seeking ways to improve the process
- Support the hiring managers in the new employee orientation and ramp up
- You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team on other HR projects outside recruitment and learn new things (pre-onboarding, onboarding, salary benchmarking…).
Requirements
- passion for working with people, willingness to learn new things within HR area
- thorough understanding of a scalable hiring process and its key performance metrics
- outstanding communication and networking skills
- experience working on multiple requisitions across a variety of roles supporting multiple hiring managers in different geographic regions.
- experience hiring full-time technical (IT) employees
- attention to detail and passion for accuracy
- excellent Czech and English - both spoken and written
- proficiency in office productivity applications, sourcing tools, ATS infrastructure
