Recruitment Internship

Bynder, we don't have HR, but People & Talent department and that is just one of many innovations you can find over here. Our team is still young, but ambitious and due to important projects we have lined up, we do need YOU, a motivated student, who is interested in modern HR and recruitment. You would be directly involved in all recruitment activities for our European offices and leave a footprint which will last. If you enjoy thinking outside of the box and you are not afraid to take ownership of projects we want to hear from you!

During the internship you will learn how to:

• Administrate one of the most modern applicant tracking systems
• Review resumes and match them with the requirements for the role
• Effectively manage the communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist with internship recruitment
• Come up with new ideas for attracting talent

Qualifications

If so, check if you've got what it takes:

• You need to be enrolled on a school/university throughout the whole duration of the internship
• You need to be available for 5 or 6 months long full-time internship (ideally from October/November 2018)
• You need to be fluent in English, any other languages will be a plus
• You need to live in/close to Amsterdam, or you are willing to relocate
• You are very motivated to learn about modern HR and recruitment
• If you have any previous experience in HR and/or recruitment and it will be a big plus
