Regional Sales Training Lead, EMEA

About the role

In service of the greatly successful WeWork Europe expansion, we require a structured sales training team in the region. Reporting to our Global Head of Sales Training in New York City, you will own the local efforts focusing on coaching, consulting, facilitating, measuring and managing our world-class commercial learning organisation based in London.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultant to the regional sales managers to define the region/market training priorities and resource allocation on an ongoing basis, with a clear and measurable business goal in mind.
  • Delivery and execution of global programs to scale sales training across the market, based on the regional team needs and market dynamics.
  • Explore and champion new sales training programs, as necessary to address business needs.
  • Serve as a sales coach for all levels of the sales organisation.
  • Liaise with other key support areas, such as L&D and Sales Operations, to leverage synergies in training programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience within L&D or Sales Training organisation.
  • Experience in consulting with leaders and stakeholders, with a proven track record of establishing relationships.
  • Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience.
  • Business acumen and marketing familiarity, sales experience preferred.
  • Experience acting as a coach, sales coaching preferred.
  • Experience in delivering learning programs to reflect knowledge in adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments.
