Ideal Candidate
- Technical university degree or student in terminal year (Automatic Control and Computer Science, Informatics, Cybernetics)
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS and PHP
- Deep understanding of how API works
- Experience with web services, JSON requests and responses
- Proven ability to develop clean, functional code
- Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Knowledge of SQL and at least one DBMS
- Android / iOS development experience is a plus
- Experience with a code version control system (Git, SVN) is a plus
- Experience with a templating framework is a plus
- Knowledge of popular CMSs (WordPress, Drupal) is a plus
- Personal projects portfolio will be considered a big plus (including academic projects, license thesis projects etc.)
Responsibilities
- Developing clean, modular, optimized code for iOS/Android backend services
- Developing full fledged websites
- Maintaning existing code bases
- Working closely with the project manager in understanding the specifications of the projects and finding the optimal technical solutions
- Working closely with the mobile developers in case the apps require client-server communication – REST API
- Working with GIT
- Estimating time of development
- A teamwork and result based attitude
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
