Job Description
As a headquarter of Gameloft Southeast Asia with total number of employees to 2,200 employees, our vision is to offer the best gaming experience anytime, anywhere on any digital platforms. We are now looking Southeast Asia (SEA) Talent Acquisition Manager to contribute to the completion of the company vision. Join us if you are interested in Game Industry.
Reporting to SEA HR Director, you will directly spearhead all talent acquisition operations serving the offices in Ho Chi Minh City, and coordinate with local HR and TA teams in other locations to ensure that the recruitment targets are met at highest standard, and within the lead time. You will define and advise effective Talent Acquisition strategy to drive us to success.
Responsibilties:
o Define proper recruitment strategy and actions for open posts from early stage to onboarding;
o Develop, and push the team towards active and creative recruitment approaches/solutions to increase efficiency;
o Coordinate and develop partnership with strategic local/international universities or hiring partners;
o Actively carry out, and/or join in activities and initiatives for the purposes of talent acquisition and employer branding;
o Join in workforce planning, coordinate the recruitment plan across SEA;
o Ensure efficient and positive communication & collaboration with stakeholders and candidates;
o Build effective reporting system and statistics to track and measure recruitment efficiency;
o Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding experience and integration for new comers.
Qualifications
o Strong knowledge and competencies in recruitment, including newest approaches using social networks or other practices;
o At least 5 years of working experience in a management position in recruitment either in a corporate environment or headhunting agency;
o Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred;
o Strong understanding of human resources management in general, as well as labor market, HR trends, best practices…;
o Knowledge of or certain interest in game industry is a plus;
