Senior Lead, Sourcing

About the Role:

WeWork’s Talent Acquisition Team is currently seeking a Sourcing Senior Lead to support our rapidly growing European region. As an expert in the tools and techniques of talent sourcing, you will be instrumental in shaping our approach to market mapping, market research, talent pooling as well as trend analysis. We’re looking for a smart, innovator and owner to help build our Sourcing Program. This role will be responsible for the development and execution of our strategic sourcing strategy across Europe, Israel & Australia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and build talent pipelines for key roles, supporting Recruiters in hiring high impact roles across EMEA business
  • Develop and execute the Research strategy to support our resourcing needs including evolving our processes so we can streamline and innovate how we work with the business
  • Establish KPIs and monitor performance and effectiveness via measurement tools, scorecards and recruitment analytics
  • Design and deliver pipeline reporting dashboards that provide useful talent insight for the hiring team and business
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, including leveraging our own internal networks
  • Track industry events, technology trends, and changes within the employment landscape which may impact our existing best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience using innovative sourcing techniques and tools to engage both active and passive candidates. Sourcing tools include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and diversity-oriented sites & blogs and other creative methods

  • Good command of data and analytics; uses data to influence change and builds strong ROI cases for investment of resources (funding, headcount, technology solutions)

  • Passion for candidate experience; constantly thinks about how to improve the experience for candidates

  • 7+ years of dedicated sourcing/recruiting experience, focused in employer brand, recruiting programs and/or recruiting technology

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing/employment brand management

  • Global mindset; excellent ability to partner.
