Senior Officer/Assistant Manager, Sales Operations Coordinator (Pathein)

Job Scope

This position requires to suggest methods and procedures on improving percentage of revenue and net profit.

 Principle Accountabilities:

• Prepare and controlled budgets for operating organization and enhanced financial controls and processes
• Maintain periodic reports and check if the cost estimations are correct and the company is earning profit
• Collect sales reports and analyze cost situation
• Determine the cost per unit and compare it with company's expected profit
• Prepared and submitted project cost reports to the management for evaluation
• Prepared forecasts and cost trend report and compared them for further planning
• Analyze quarterly financial reporting including relevant cost commentary to be presented to Financial Management and line manager
• Planning Sales Target with line manager to achieve require revenue
• Monitor sales planning and team KPI’s, identify issues and implement actions to resolve them relative sales KPI’s
• Summarize on-going business development from management and escalate internal communication with responsible department
• Create and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to provide detailed overview of the replenishment business performance by style and division
• Implement databases, data collection from systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Work in a cross functional and collaborative to role payout process to ground team

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Advanced problem solving and Strong data analysis skills.                        
• Accomplished communication skills, both written and verbal, Interpersonal skills, office management system and procedures.

• Ability to take the initiative and work well under pressure, ensuring strict deadlines are met, as successfully demonstrated during work experience placement project
• Excellent to work individually and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service experience, and a background of achievement in supporting all business managers & working to set schedules and deadlines.
• Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Language requirement: Myanmar, English
