Senior, Retail Marketing
- Manage all POSM (from planning & printing to installation) going into Retail & Controlled channel stores and making sure there is a clear plan – control number of promotions in-store, how POSM enhances customer journey; attracts, connects and engages with customer.
- Owns the entire BTL planning & implementation value-chain, from monthly POSM calendar and planograms to working closely with Marcomm, Product Marketing and Device team.
- Manage all Planograms (device, POSM & accessories) in all retail & controlled channel and compliance at stores.
- Manage vendors and ensure products, prices and service are competitive.
- Improve attraction and conversion rates to stores through POSM & planograms
- Constantly improving solutions sourcing, display, range, availability and timely refresh at stores
- Manage communications between internal stakeholders eg. Product, Device Marketing, Printing & Logistics
- Ensuring maximum visibility based on product priority and highlighting them appropriately
- Ability to develop, implement strategies and plans
- Capable to strategically analyze needs, opportunities & risks of the business
