Senior Solution Product Manager
The Solutions PM is responsible for managing all aspects of Checkmarx Solutions offerings, including flavors of Products and Services Bundles, Managed Services, Professional Services and Training.
The Solutions PM will work with various stakeholders and teams to ensure that solution requirements, definitions, pricing, packaging and marketing are aligned to drive customer adoption of Checkmarx products, and enable them to realize the full value and capabilities of those products.
Responsibilities:
- Define the flavors and scope of Checkmarx solutions including products and services bundles, pricing and packaging
- Work with Solutions Delivery and Product leaders to ensure appropriate interlocks for requirements, product launches and releases on offering topics
- Work with Sales and Delivery teams to facilitate and accelerate the growth of Checkmarx offerings
- Help the Sales teams increase their understanding of the value of overall portfolio and solutions offerings
- Ensure appropriate enablement of the portfolio, understand trends, friction and bottlenecks and assist in implementing a strategy to overcome barriers to success
- Evaluate and measure the success of provided offerings, build case studies and elicit real time feedback from their internal and external customers
- Work with the Finance department and the Solutions Delivery management team to ensure profitability of the portfolio

Requirements:

- Experience working with or developing an offering portfolio in large multi-national customers
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic consulting or similar functions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management which includes working with Sales organizations and generating sales supporting collateral
- Experience with integrations of development infrastructure products (Source Code Repositories, Build Systems, Bug Tracking Tools)
- Background in Application Security (penetration testing / code review) – significant advantage
- Experience in go-to-market planning, packaging and pricing – an advantage
- Advanced presentation skills
- Experience in working in a complex environment, interacting/interlocking with multiple teams
- Ability to retain a high volume of information, prioritize work and operate in a fast paced environment
- Proactive individual with strong relationship building skills and excellent customer service
