SEO Analyst

Overview

If you are results-oriented, proactive and motivated professional you may be a great fit for TIBCO's Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analyst. You will partner with our High Velocity SMB Sales and Renewals teams to build a strong online presence for our B2B eCommerce platform and measure its success. You will be part of a team responsible for all aspects of the website development, marketing, and analysis.

 

What You'll Do

  • Modify and update existing content to further improve organic traffic
  • Conduct keyword research using various tools (like Keyword Planner and SEMrush)
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design
  • Track important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page
  • Update older content and add effective calls to action (CTAs) to improve user engagement
  • Report on performance metrics comparing them to our SEO goals and benchmarking data
  • Implement link building strategies and manage backlinks to build online authority
  • Follow SEO trends and stay up-to-date with new tools and practices
  • Test and optimize site for desktop, mobile, cross-browser compatibility 
  • Analyze the Online sales of the B2B eCommerce platform
  • Generate online sales reports
  • Analyze trends in customer purchases
  • Analyze trends in marketing campaigns 

 

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Google Tag Manager and Google Enhanced eCommerce Analytics
  • Minimum 2 years experience with keyword research and management tools
  • Minimum 1 year experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience with email campaigns and paid advertising
  • Expertise in Google Suite
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical ideas with non-technical people
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work well independently

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and Oracle)
  • eCommerce development experience (Shopify)
  • Experience with A/B testing
