Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

 



Your responsibility 



As a service delivery manager, you are responsible for the following tasks within the client management team:



•    Customer-orientation, economical and technically flawless support of the assigned customers in the after-sales process during the entire term of the

     operational management / managed service /service contract

•    Interface between the customer and the service units

•    Recognize technical and economic optimization potentials or post-marketing potentials in the respective operational management / service contracts

     and take appropriate measures torealize these potentials

•    Compliance with customer-related SLA parameters

•    Description and documentation of the services, reviews and reporting

•    Monitoring and design of complaint handling and complaint management of the respective customers / contracts with the aim of high customer satisfaction

•    Responsibility for the profitability of relevant maintenance contracts

•    Controlling sales and margin quality of the relevant maintenance contracts

 

Your Profile

 

•    You have an HTL training with a focus on information technology and telecommunications or a degree in business informatics or similar.

•    You have extensive knowledge of telecommunications and information technology

•    Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

•    You have already completed the military/civil service

•    Possess skills in process and project management 

•    Both business and ITIL knowledge are of advantage

Depending on your specific qualifications and professional experience, we offer you an annual gross salary from € 70,000 (full-time) and numerous company benefits.
