Sr Customer Success Manager
Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will work with some of our largest customers on complex MDM projects (MDM, RDM, Metadata Management, Data Virtualization) requirements.

What You'll Do
The job holder will be expected to perform the following: -
- You will have the opportunity to experience projects on various master data domains, architectural patterns and customer industries.
- You will work with customers and systems integrator teams to deliver on-site product implementation services as well as training, consulting and mentoring.
- You will make sure customers have all the ingredients to succeed in their implementation of our software.

Who You Are
- You have excellent technical and interpersonal skills and you know how to use them autonomously in a multi-client and multi-project context.
- You have some experience in delivering consulting and project implementation to global 500 companies, working with both business and IT teams.
- While you are working independently, you are also capable of collaborating with your peers across our organization, including sales, pre-sales, support and engineering.
- A willingness to travel (Europe, Asia and USA), is required. You need to have a good level of French and a good command of English.
- You have core competencies in our technical landscape:
- Java and especially in J2EE, Eclipse and Tomcat
- Web te
