Store Manager (m/w) 100%

For the management of our SWATCH store in Glattzentrum in Wallisellen, we are looking for a motivated, dedicated and flexible 
STORE MANAGER 100% (m / f) 
You represent Swatch, act entrepreneurially and are responsible for the entire organization and the various Responsible processes of the store. In addition to the daily customer contact, you lead, promote and motivate the sales team and together you reach the targets and goals. 
Your tasks:

• Responsible for the turnover of the store and the respect of the sales goals set by the retail management
• Responsible for the purchase of goods, the warehousing and the goods transfer (Swatch, Bijoux, sunglasses and Flik Flak)
• Leadership, support and motivation of the sales team (3 employees), as well as preparation of personnel assignment and holiday planning
• Advice and sale of the products offered in the store (Swatch, Bijoux and Flik Flak)
• Control, responsibility and billing of the cash register
• "Ambassador of the brand" in your immediate environment, responsible for external relations of the stores
• Responsible for the development and management of the customer register and the development of local customer advertising

 

Your Profile

• Training in retail, possibly retail specialist
• sound sales experience, preferably in watches / jewelry or accessories
• Several years of management experience in a similar position
