Goals
- Deliver on different projects including annual strategy process and transformation SteerCos
- Be able to work effectively with Commercial, Digital, Finance, Regulatory, Legal and other stakeholders.
- Be responsible for gathering research material for upcoming Telco trends, share point management and also other PMO related activities.
- Strategic Foresightedness and analytical thinking to recommend potential business development opportunities
- Proactive, strategic engagement and communications to shape and support the red way of work in the organization
- Provide competitor analysis on a regular basis to know where we stand in the industry (Telecom & Digital)
- Coordinate with POCs, gathering inputs scheduling periodic management sessions, keeping a track of action points/MoMs for strategy process

- Be able to design impactful PowerPoint Presentations and create a wide variety of multimedia content.
- Be able to design, produce and infuse real flair and creativity into simplifying content for internal and external use.
Your Typical day at work
- Attend team meetings and gather requirements/information on initiatives/tasks
- Effective Stakeholder management- liaising with departments within the company
- Coordinate with senior level stakeholders to gather required information/numbers/facts.
- Validate numbers/facts before sharing with department/stakeholders
- Maintain and update Sharepoint on regular basis
- Summarizing large amount of data into simple and easy to understand form using visual tools
- Create iterations based on different stakeholder needs
- Meeting deadlines & ensuring confidentiality of the Information
- Organize meetings, coordinate and assemble key project details, and stakeholder management to ensure timely achievement of milestones.
- Continuous process improvement initiatives supporting the red way of work
- Monitoring Strategic initiatives for effective reporting during the year
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or an equivalent professional degree (must), Master (Preferred)
Relevant Work experience of 5 years
- Experience of working with digital /financial services company
- Experience of close involvement in Strategy formulation and communication
- Experience of working with commercial/digital division is a plus

Advancement to Enterprise PMO role & Assistant manager strategy & transformation.

- Sound understanding of the Telecom & Digital industry in Pakistan
- Sound Financial and Analytical Skills
- Experience of managing stakeholders within local and group units
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholder for gathering information and supporting undertaken projects
- High level proficiency required in MS Office & Digital Tools
- Expert knowledge of PowerPoint & other visual tools
- Expert in service design methodology & red way of work ( agile way of work)
- Complete working knowledge of Sharepoint.
