Technical Architect - Integration

Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate Architects for our Integration, Data and Analytics solutions, leading innovative engagements that deliver real business outcomes for our customers. This is primarily a customer facing role, working with our field teams and partners, owning the technical relationship between the customer and TIBCO. You will lead technical customer engagements including business influencing, architectural design, implementation, and will be accountable for delivering our lighthouse cloud projects where customers are able experience the very latest solutions from TIBCO yet to be released fully to the broader market.

TIBCO has a strong collaborative culture, so the ideal candidate will not only have experience in leading highly technical architectural discussions with senior customer business and technical executives, they will also have the ability to leverage and co-ordinate thousands of skilled engineers, consultants and technologists across our ecosystem to deliver real customer success.

What You'll Do

The job holder will be expected to perform the following:-

• Support the development of Professional Services engagements, based on analysis of client requirements and technology trends where the use of TIBCO technologies will deliver demonstrable business benefit.
• Perform project planning activities: specifically providing recommendations relating to customers’ business Integration vision, the high-level architecture and best practices, standards and reusable components that comprise an effective integration framework.
• Responsible for the creation, governance and communication to appropriate audiences of Architectural deliverables, such as; Delivery Plans, Capability Maps, Information Models, Application Maps and Reference Architectures.
• Assessment of current architecture and definition of cloud-native API-led target architecture, strategic roadmaps, including assessment of current transformation priorities and legacy application challenges.
• Work with colleagues in technology and business roles to provide a consensus-based solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with changing business needs.
• Strong understanding of the Integration and application development lifecycle landscape, with clear connection to TIBCO’s portfolio of leading technologies, but also able to remain unbiased in providing an objective and fact-based viewpoint.

Who You Are

• You have sound industry experience of cloud and on-premise integration products and architectures.
• Strong affinity for IT solutions and integration architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Conceptual brilliance with a track record for integration solutions incl. data modeling (structured/unstructured data; IOT; virtual data) with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
• Proactive analytical expertise and problem-solving approach combined with good experience in driving and delivering change.
• An analytical mind-set with an ability to design, manage and deliver solutions which focus on business value while being cost effective.
• Knowledge of different industry sector
