Technical Support Engineer

Tanaza is an IT high-growth start-up operating in the wireless networking sector; we developed and brought to market a software for Wi-Fi cloud management and we are now serving hundreds of customers in more than 130 countries.

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the company in early 2018.

The person we are looking for will have effective time management and communication skills. We expect you to be customer-focused and willing to collaborate with colleagues in different functions. You will report directly to the Customer Success Manager.

JOB SUMMARY

  • You will work within the Success Team to handle customers accounts and their opened tickets, to help them solving problems and promote their business
  • You will be part of the customer success cycle, both during pre- and after-sale process. You will assist the Sales team and improve its efficiency with your technical knowledge and experience
  • You will create official documentation and media contents, using your technical and language skills to provide efficient and easy accessible information
  • You will interact with R&D to give feedbacks and collaborate to quality and beta tests. You will be involved in customer management processes to improve the overall team productivity

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Experience of at least 1 year in a similar role and validated IT know-how, especially about wireless networking, with deep understanding of web technology
  • A real passion for quality and details, and be willing to take growing responsibilities
  • Ability to fluently speak and write in English, at least at B1 level; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese would be highly appreciated
