Technology Services Manager
An exciting and rewarding opportunity has opened up for an IT Manager to support our day to day IT operations in Germany - Berlin.
The Opportunity:
Due to our continued growth and success, our European region is rapidly expanding, and with that in mind we are looking for a client facing Senior IT Team Lead/Supervisor or IT Manager who possesses exceptional 'Customer Service' skills and experience.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing the ‘Technology Services Vision’ and enhancing WeWork’s current systems, processes, and infrastructure necessary to support our current and future growth plans.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting the day to day IT operations in Germany - Berlin.

Leveraging existing, emerging, and innovative technologies to enhance the member experience and improve/streamline Technology Services processes.

Preparing various documentation and reporting for the purpose of tracking SLA’s, support coverage, performance, sustainment, and other measurable data.
What you will need in order to be considered:
-
To be passionate about Technical Support, Customer Service and Client Relationship Management

To be passionate about ‘end-to-end quality control’ over all technical support requests and support projects

5-8 years technical experience (in Microsoft and Apple based business applications and operating systems)

3+ years technical team management experience

Excellent command of the local language (German and English)
