Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Working with product and business teams to verify the functionality and operation of Telecom Software Testing and Telecom OSS/BSS products
- Defining test processes and test documentation together with various partners
- Leading test teams and test processes (cross-organizational planning, coordinating and executing testing)
- Implementing long-term strategy for product teams to verify updates and their multi-systems interoperability
- Interacting with test and integration teams at establishing test
- Managing and reporting findings and communicating significant errors to project partners and team
- Coordinating e2e tests and verification testing for existing and new use cases
- Daily tracking of preparation and execution status and test progress, critical issues, risk evaluation of test works
- Revision and verification of test resource planning according to the current needs
- Checking the detailed time schedules of tests and plan alignment with Project Lead
- Defect management; balancing between priority, criticality, resolution plan and possible work around definition for open known defects
- Risk evaluation and creation of risk mitigation plan
- Driving and monitoring updates of the documentation

The position is generally based in Poland, however it requires to work on the Client's side up to one year in Qatar. Effective communication in English is required.
Skills we can't do without:
- 3+ years of documented experience as Test Manager, including at least 1,5+ in Telco domain
- 5+ years of experience in field of Telecom Software Testing and Telecom OSS/BSS products
- Experience in testing large IT systems
- Hands-on experience with protocols such as RADIUS, DIAMETER, LDAP, SPML, SOAP
- Experience with XML, SMPP, HTTP, DNS
- Understanding of Online charging, billing flows, policy control, AAA, Roaming, Provisioning, Digital as well as other customer channels
- Understanding structured test methods and processes
Skills we believe are nice to have:
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification
