Telesales/Appointment Setter

We’re an award winning mobile and digital solutions agency – that’s grown to be 40 people strong. We’ve got a great opportunity for an experienced appointment setting/tele sales person to contribute to our growth and earn bonuses simply by setting appointments for our Sales team to attend.

Mobile is one of the most in demand sectors and we’ve a very simple proposition to the market – if you have a mobile strategy in place, or development need, we can help, and if you don’t (yet) we can help! We’ve got a fantastic track record of delivering innovative projects, backed up by strong case studies so you’ll always have something interesting to talk about. We work across a wide range of industries including finance, aviation, logistics, travel and tourism to name a few – so there’s always something to talk about on the phone.

Requirements

The purpose of this role is to identify new customers and opportunities and set appointments for our Business Development and Senior Management Team through targeted outbound calling - including cold, warm and hot prospects. This means we are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident in generating your own leads through phone calls as an integral part of our wider sales process.  You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing team to nurture warm leads and help them to move them along our sales process, as well as helping our Business Development team crack new markets!
