Urban Traffic Simulation Engineer (m/f)

1. Responsibilities:

• Design urban traffic models and simulation of future mobility concepts such as multi-modal transportation systems
• Design models for traffic demand, infrastructure, impacts of disruption and deduce key performance indicators
• Benchmark and evaluate different strategies and support business case decisions

2. Requirements:

• PhD or MS in Traffic Engineering, Applied Computer Science, or other related fields
• Ideally, 2+ years of work experience in a field related to urban traffic modelling and simulation frameworks
• Ability to analyse and understand city constraints and model them
• Excellent analytical background
• Excellent knowledge in big data analysis
• Good knowledge in Machine Lea
