RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively leading, managing and developing the sales & services organization and employees for region EMEA
  • Ensure the achievement of sales and contribution targets in the region EMEA
  • Responsible for the Health Care business in the defined countries
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction and loyalty to ensure sustainable business relations
  • Transfer global HC strategies and budgets into regional actions 
  • Contribute to key strategic discussions of the Business Line as member of the extended management team
  • Recommend actions and change of strategies to the Product Line/Business Line to adjust to regional developments
  • Steering and supervising implementation of business targets
  • Develop regional sales budgets and provides updated forecasts based on customer projections
  • Responsible for regional organization development and best set-up to meet the business needs
  • Identify synergies and winning value propositions across product lines in the region
  • Provide regular and accurate updates of regional market, customer, and competitive developments
  • Represent Health Cares business interests to both internal and external stakeholders within the defined countries&nb
