- Devise a communication strategy and media plan to ensure that the creative works and fits into channel & platform with the right moment and targeted consumers in order to address the business objectives.
- Consolidate and persuade the alignment of campaigns scale, budget from stakeholders (market team, GTM, Sale, PR, and agencies)
- Overview total campaign performance and effectiveness in order to optimize or find the key learning for future campaigns.
- Explore the new opportunities or tools that help marcom team and working team work more effective and efficient in order to maximize impact of communication.
- Coordinate with Marketing and GTM team to derive with single-minded & simple message. And overview creative works both from in-house & creative agency to align on easy to understand & simple dtac mood & tone with correct Telenor CI.
- Align to agree with overall postpaid communication and brand strategy
