In February 2014 softgarden and 1000Jobboersen.de merged to become softgarden GmBH. The SaaS recruitment platform of softgarden GmbH is a combined result of over 10 years of HR experience. The performance based platform covers the entire recruitment process from posting professional job ads and recruitment analysis to onboarding. Thanks to the cloud based model the system requires neither set up or training. With softgarden, professional E-recruiting becomes accessible for all companies small to large. softgarden’s goal is to make the entire recruitment process transparent and efficient for companies and candidates alike, or in our own words “as easy as shopping on Amazon!” Today, softgarden powers the recruitment process for over 100 companies, including Fresenius, Roland Berger, Brainlab, Vitra and Sanofi. Our applicant tracking system has also been awarded the the best job market and online application process two years in a row. Potentialpark, the online recruiting research firm, conducts annual Apollo surveys of over 2,000 candidates. In 2013 and 2014 softgarden were consecutively voted the best for both catagories
