By automatically analysing citizens’ feedback and opinions, the platform helps cities tap into the collective intelligence of citizens, whilst enabling them to reach out to more citizens and saving them resources.
Today, already over 15 cities and municipalities are using CitizenLab to make smarter policy decisions. Our mission is to empower many more citizens and give them a direct say in their town hall decisions. CitizenLab is shaping local democracy for the digital age.
